Chief Clarence Louie is offering a series of workshops for Chiefs, Councillors & Development Corporation CEOs. Over 150 people have taken the workshop since 2024!

After spending 40 years in First Nations leadership and business development, Chief Clarence Louie is offering a series of 2-day workshops where he will share the secrets of the Osoyoos Indian Band’s successes. The workshops will focus on helping participants create a draft, ten-year ‘Community Economic Strategic Plan’ that is required by ISC for all new funding agreements. Chief Louie and co-facilitator Geoff Greenwell, CEO of 2G Group of Companies, will guide you through the process of creating a plan that will help your community generate wealth and employment opportunities over the next decade.

The next workshop is being held from March 10th – 12th 2026 and is limited to 24 participants. The cost per person is $2,800 plus GST, which includes all meals, guided bus tour of the Osoyoos Band’s businesses and community buildings, the welcome reception and workshop overview, all workshop materials and tools, and the 2 days of strategy sessions with Co-Facilitators Chief Louie and Geoff Greenwell.

Discounted room rates have been negotiated with Spirit Ridge which is a beautiful Hyatt Destination Resort.

The workshop is limited to 24 participants who must be either Chiefs, Councillors, CAOs, Band Managers, CEOs and Directors of Development Corporations or community Economic Development Officers.
